Those who have lived here for any length of time already know it and those who are new to this building will soon realize that they have made a very wise decision by investing in their new home in this building. Without any doubt, inch by inch and dollar for dollar this is one of the best condominiums in this community. The suites are large, amenities are many, the common areas are spotless and the condo finances are on solid grounds. While the monthly common fees are competitive, the Reserve Fund is healthy, the T. We are one of the three condominiums on a shared property of 12.6 acres of professionally developed and managed park like setting. River Humber banks on our property and a very large municipal park lies beyond. In the middle of the busy metropolitan mega city, it is not uncommon to see the white tail deers  dashing along the river and in the park

We are located just off Kipling Avenue, halfway between Finch Ave west and Steeles Ave west. There are three buses within short walking distance, one to Kipling and two to Finch Ave station.
